Our name, Surjomukhi, which translates to "sunflower," symbolizes our aspiration to bring light, hope, and growth to the lives of our artisans and their families. Just as a sunflower turns toward the sun, we strive to guide our community toward a brighter, more sustainable future.

Recruitment and Training

At Surjomukhi, new workers undergo training in sewing and embroidery until they achieve the skill level required for production.
